Pesty is a clipboard manager for macOS. Your privacy is the default, not a feature.
Pesty keeps a history of what you copy so you can paste it again. This history — text, links, images, files, and colors — is stored only on your Mac, inside the app's container (~/Library/Application Support/Pesty or the app sandbox container), with restrictive file permissions.
If you enable iCloud sync, your clipboard history is stored in your own iCloud Drive so it can sync between your Macs through Apple's iCloud. This data stays within your personal Apple account; the developer never has access to it. Sync is off by default.
Pesty asks for Accessibility permission only so it can paste the selected clip into the app you were using. This permission is never used for any other purpose.
